Much speculation has been made as to the origination of the brand name Maison de Choup. t doesn`t actually mean anything in French, other than `Maison de` meaning `House of`, Choup has no translation. Spanning back to when Founder George was suffering from mental health, his sister Charlotte helped him through some of the darkest days and is always there for him. His nickname for her when he was younger was Choup.
